A simple implementation of the classic Tic-Tac-Toe game using HTML ,CSS and JAVASCRIPT.

How to Play

1. Players take turns to place their symbol (X or O) in an empty square on the grid.
2. The first player to align three of their symbols in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) wins the game.
3. If all squares are filled and no player has three in a row, the game ends in a draw.
4. After the game, players can choose to restart and play again.
